ATC REGISTRATION AND PROCEDURES
Centre who wish to take affiliation should visit www.Keralastaterutronix.com website and fill new ATC registration form
Take Rs.1000 DD titled 'To The President, SHRD', payable at Trivandrum (Inspection Fee)
Send the filled application and DD to 'SHRD, Nayanam, Nalumukku, Pettah Post, Trivandrum - 695024'
Once the inspection fee and application form is received, an inspection team from Kerala State Rutronix will visit your centre on a scheduled date, check the centre facilities as per the check list and produce an inspection report to Rutronix. Based on the inspection report, centre shall move to the affiliation process. (MOU signing and Affiliation Fee payment). ATC registration fee is Rs.25000 initially and is renewable on each year with Rs.12,500 as renewal fee. For existing ATC which run the other projects of Rutronix, shall pay only Rs.18,750 as initial registration fee, renewal fee will be same.
POLICY REGARDING MULTIPLE ATC IN SAME LOCATION
According to Kerala State Rutronix's policy, we will not permit a new centre affiliation in the 7km location of our existing ATC of respective project (KALA/IT KERALA/AIMS) as this initiation my affect their regular centre marketing and student admission.
CAN AN ATC CONDUCT COURSES OTHER THAN RUTRONIX'S PACKAGE
Yes, ofcourse. But centre should'nt market those courses under Kerala State Rutronix's banner.
